1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Model Connect website, application forms, talent platform, communications, and related services.

By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, starting or completing an application, creating a profile, uploading content, or otherwise using Model Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Model Connect.

2. Who We Are

In these Terms, Model Connect, we, us, and our refer to the above entity.

3. Nature of the Service

Model Connect is a talent and opportunity platform. We help connect applicants and listed talent with potential modelling, promotional, event, campaign, hospitality, and creative opportunities.

Model Connect may also facilitate applications for certain adult-only categories, including artistic nude modelling and topless waitressing, where lawfully offered and expressly selected by the applicant.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

• Model Connect is not guaranteeing work, representation, income, bookings, or acceptance onto the platform
• submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, or ongoing representation agreement
• any decision to approve, decline, list, refer, promote, or remove an applicant or profile remains at our discretion, subject to applicable law

4. Eligibility

To use Model Connect, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age to apply for or be considered for artistic nude modelling, topless waitressing, or any adult-only category
• provide accurate, current, and complete information
• have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• only submit content that you are lawfully entitled to provide

We may require proof of age, identity, or other verification at any time.

We may refuse any application, suspend access, remove content, or close an account if we are not satisfied that eligibility requirements have been met.

5. Applications and Profiles

You may be invited to submit an application through our website, lead forms, email, SMS, social media, or other approved channels.

By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• all information you provide must be true, accurate, and not misleading
• your application may be reviewed internally by Model Connect
• we may contact you for additional information, clarification, identity verification, or updated photos
• completion of an application does not guarantee approval, listing, or referral
• if we approve your application, we may create, publish, edit, format, or manage a profile for you using the information and content you provide

You are responsible for promptly notifying us if your information changes or becomes inaccurate.

6. Adult-Only Categories

Model Connect may offer adult-only categories, including artistic nude modelling and topless waitressing.

If you apply for, enquire about, or indicate interest in any adult-only category, you acknowledge and agree that:

• you are at least 18 years old
• your participation in adult-only categories is entirely voluntary
• you may specify boundaries, preferences, and exclusions, but Model Connect is not obliged to offer opportunities matching all preferences
• Model Connect may require additional verification, consent, or documentation before considering you for adult-only categories
• Model Connect may decline to accept, retain, or refer adult-category applications at its discretion
• additional policies, notices, or consent documents may apply to adult-only categories

Nothing in these Terms requires you to accept any particular booking or category of work unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Photo and Content Uploads

You may be asked to upload photos, videos, self-tapes, identity documents, or other materials.

You must ensure that all submitted content:

• clearly depicts you and is not misleading
• is current, lawful, and suitable for application assessment
• does not depict any person under 18 years of age in any adult, nude, sexualised, or exploitative context
• does not include unlawful, threatening, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or non-consensual material
• does not contain content that breaches any person’s privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights

We may reject, remove, crop, edit, refuse to publish, or permanently delete any submitted content at our discretion.

If you upload content for adult-only categories, you acknowledge that additional review, consent, and verification requirements may apply.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• use Model Connect for any unlawful purpose
• impersonate another person
• provide false age, identity, or application information
• upload content depicting minors in adult, nude, sexualised, or exploitative circumstances
• upload or transmit non-consensual intimate images
• upload content you do not own or have authority to submit
• harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit other users, applicants, staff, clients, or third parties
• interfere with the website, platform, servers, or security features
• scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse profile data, images, or content from the website
• use the platform to solicit unlawful services or engage in unlawful conduct

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend access, remove content, preserve evidence, or report conduct to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.

9. No Guarantee of Work or Earnings

Model Connect does not guarantee:

• that your application will be accepted
• that a profile will be created or remain live
• that you will receive enquiries, castings, referrals, or bookings
• any minimum level of work, exposure, success, or income
• that any specific client, campaign, or opportunity will proceed

Any statements on the website or in marketing materials regarding potential rates, earnings, or opportunities are general only and depend on factors such as category, suitability, location, availability, client requirements, experience, and market conditions.

10. Bookings and Introductions

Where Model Connect facilitates an introduction, referral, shortlist, quote request, enquiry, or booking opportunity:

• Model Connect may act as a platform operator, introducer, coordinator, recruiter, or intermediary depending on the arrangement
• booking terms, rates, usage rights, call times, cancellation terms, and role expectations may be set out separately
• Model Connect may decline to proceed with any booking or referral at its discretion
• applicants and talent must not assume a booking is confirmed unless confirmed in writing through the appropriate channel

Additional booking terms may apply to specific work, clients, events, campaigns, or adult-only categories.

11. Fees and Payments

Some parts of the website or services may involve fees, charges, commissions, deposits, or other payments.

Where fees apply, they will be disclosed at or before the relevant transaction or process.

Unless otherwise stated:

• fees paid for application processing, profile setup, premium listings, promotional upgrades, or similar services may be non-refundable once the relevant service has commenced or been delivered
• Model Connect may change fees, pricing, or service inclusions from time to time for future transactions
• payment processing may be handled by third-party providers
• you are responsible for providing accurate payment information where required

Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

12. Communications and Marketing

By submitting your details to Model Connect, you agree that we may contact you regarding:

• your enquiry or application
• profile setup or verification
• potential opportunities, castings, and bookings
• service updates and operational matters
• marketing communications where permitted by law

You may opt out of promotional or marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us directly. Operational and transactional communications may still be sent where reasonably necessary.

13. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.

Where you submit images or information for adult-only categories, additional privacy notices, upload notices, or consent requests may apply.

You acknowledge that failure to provide requested information may affect our ability to assess your application or provide services.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, branding, text, graphics, layout, logos, images, videos, and platform materials owned or licensed by Model Connect remain our property or the property of our licensors.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, scrape, or exploit website content without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

15. Licence to Use Submitted Content

By submitting photos, videos, profile information, and other content to Model Connect, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to:

• store, review, reproduce, edit, format, crop, and adapt that content
• use the content for application assessment, profile creation, internal administration, and platform operation
• publish approved content on the Model Connect website, social media, marketing materials, or promotional channels where consistent with your application and any consent you have given
• share approved content with prospective clients, photographers, event organisers, or industry partners where reasonably necessary for opportunities relevant to your profile

This licence continues until the content is deleted by us, removed from active use, or you withdraw your permission for future use, subject to reasonable operational, archival, legal, and evidentiary requirements.

If the content relates to adult-only categories, we may require additional consent before external sharing.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Model Connect may use or link to third-party platforms, providers, payment processors, forms, social media services, analytics tools, or external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, or conduct. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

17. Suspension, Removal, and Termination

We may, at any time and without prior notice where reasonably necessary:

• refuse an application
• remove or disable a profile
• remove content
• suspend or terminate access to the platform
• cancel or refuse a booking process
• restrict access to adult-only categories

This may occur if we believe, on reasonable grounds, that:

• you have breached these Terms
• your content or conduct creates legal, safety, reputational, or operational risk
• your information is false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable
• continued use of the platform is not appropriate

Where appropriate, we may also take down content or restrict access in response to complaints, risk concerns, legal requests, or policy violations.

18. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You are responsible for your own decisions in relation to applications, opportunities, travel, attendance, personal safety, professional boundaries, tax, insurance, and legal compliance.

You should independently assess whether any role, client, venue, event, or opportunity is suitable for you.

Where adult-only categories are involved, you remain responsible for your own boundaries, informed consent, and legal compliance.

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
• we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the website will always be secure or available
• we do not guarantee that any lead, enquiry, client, booking, or opportunity will result in work or payment
• we are not responsible for the conduct, omissions, or representations of applicants, talent, clients, photographers, event organisers, venues, or third parties

Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Model Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, or data, arising from or in connection with your use of the website or services.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to one or more of the following, at our election:

• re-supplying the relevant services
• paying the cost of having the relevant services supplied again
• refunding the amount paid for the relevant service, where appropriate

This clause is subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Model Connect and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents against loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense reasonably incurred as a result of:

• your breach of these Terms
• your unlawful conduct
• your infringement of another person’s rights
• your submission of false, unlawful, or unauthorised content
• your misuse of the platform

This indemnity does not apply to the extent the loss was caused by our own negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

22. Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, platform, services, categories, or features from time to time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the website with the revised effective date.

By continuing to use Model Connect after updated Terms are published, you agree to the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
